An SIA trained Concierge is expensive and people naturally require comfort breaks, with the Digi Guard system, this is not a factor.

Whether a hotel or an apartment development, the Remote CCTV Monitoring Station is constantly on hand with 2-way speech systems; replacing the need for a conventional Concierge. With a full list of guests and staff to hand, secure checks can be made to establish the validity of the persons before admission to the building, via a remote door entry button.

The system can also be integrated with the fire alarm to minimise false call-outs or in the event of a genuine fire or incident, the remote CCTV monitoring station will assess the situation and get in touch with the police/fire service.
