The Remote Monitoring Station replaces the need for an expensive SIA trained full-time concierge or manned guard offering a professional and reliable service at a more cost effective rate. The Digi Guard Remote CCTV Monitoring Station (RCMS) have the ability to open and close doors or gates, following stringent checks. Lights can also be switched on/off remotely to enhance commercial security measures.

Digi Guard is of course, principally employed as a security system. This will include full camera coverage for sites, using rotation and zoom dome cameras. Wireless motion sensors will alert the RCMS to movement, cameras will hone in upon the source and evaluation can then be carried out. 2 way speech and lighting control are the key tools for RCMS staff and should the situation warrant it, Digi Guard will send SIA personnel or Police to site.

Employers and staff alike will benefit from access control systems, within a building. Personnel are limited to their relevant offices and the server will log all entry and exit throughout the facility. The Digi Guard access control systems are an ideal tool when combined with fire security measures. Roll calls can be produced from the access control database and any alarm sources can also be assessed for validity. Where an alarm is set off erroneously, the RCMS staff will deactivate it and where needed, they will also alert the Fire Service.
