Daniel Gould

Daniel Gould has worked for many years with security systems, including access control, CCTV and intruder alarms. Having initially worked with the Metropolitan Police, within Research and Development as well as designing Police security systems; his experience is a crucial aspect of Digi Guard's high standard for knowledge and execution. The expertise that Dan now holds is based principally within electronics. Holding a degree in this field has also led him into work with Formula One race teams, as well as educational work as a college lecturer.

As Technical Director, Dan is responsible for all quality control on installation and equipment specifications. Working closely with all teams ensures that each department is kept continually aware of technical developments as well as gaining an extensive knowledge base.

Dan has the utmost passion for the products and services that Digi Guard provide. His dedication to the development of our service is his main strength.

Tom Chatfield

Tom Chatfield has worked in both technical and sales roles for manufacturers, dealing in high specification products to customers who need and expect a deep understanding of products to be presented.
Having grown in a sales role, Tom has developed an appreciation and confidence for consultative support to clients. Adept in understanding the needs of his clients and providing the ideal solution to meet them; Tom draws upon his knowledge of Digi Guard's systems, both practically and conceptually, to ensure that every Digi Guard user finds their expectations well met.
A direct involvement in the technical development of Digi Guard and constant face-to-face contact with our clients, allows feedback to be carried to the highest level and acted upon in the swiftest fashion. Tom is tasked with commission and quality control for site installations as well as product development and testing within Digi Guard's own facilities.

Guy Mitchell

Guy has over 20 years experience in providing security solutions, principally in the manned guarding sector for all types of businesses large and small. A wealth of experience in the public sector has included local authorities and the Ministry of Defence. Guy has come to recognise that remote monitoring, using state of art technology, is the way forward for business protection whether as a replacement for manned operations i.e. static guards or mobile patrols or to support operations and reduce manning levels. By listening, understanding and responding to the needs of businesses he has used best of breed solutions to tackle security and other business issues. His aim is for his customers to regard DIGI as their long term partner and to put full trust into DIGI’s solutions. DIGI services are supported by outstanding customer and technical services. Guy with DIGI seeks to build long term mutually rewarding relationships, which help business to succeed. He aims to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing solutions that fulfil their specific needs. His expertise and knowledge of various market sectors enables him to provide practical, operationally sound, cost effective solutions that allow customers to get on with their business.
